Industrial Action on National Rail

Strike action for October

We have been notified of new strike dates on the following dates which have an impact on this year's SOCEX Strategic Conference

  • Wednesday 5 October 2022 (strike action by the ASLEF union)

The rail industry is working hard to minimise the effect that this will have on our services but it is inevitable that services will be cancelled or severely disrupted. It is likely that there will be a very limited service on these days with no services at all on some routes.

Services will also start later on Sunday 2 and Thursday 6 October.

Timetables are being planned and amended and these are expected to be available in our journey planner on Thursday 29 September for the services on Wednesday 5 October.

Please plan ahead and check before you travel.

Conference fees

2 day package - £475 + VAT

to include:

  • All Conference materials
  • Lunches and refreshments on 4 and 5 October
  • Conference Dinner, 4 October
  • Overnight Accommodation, 4 October

 

Additional Accommodation 3 October - £110 + VAT

The SOCEX Economic Crime Conference takes place between 28 - 30 November at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Stratford upon Avon
